　　灣事ONCE月刊是探討台灣人權事件議題的專門刊物，ONCE有一次的意思，亦有曾經的意思，不論是全球關注的議題或是少為人知的人權事件，灣事月刊裡每個月都會選擇一個議題來讓大眾更了解台灣在地曾經所發生的事件，並且使用圖文並茂的方式讓月刊更有趣，視覺呈現上是運用絹版印刷的方式使月刊更有溫度，希望可以讓大眾在了解事件後，從人權的角度去省思，除了事件的「人權分析」外，最後的「三不評語」與「每日金句」也可以讓讀者會心一笑後用輕鬆的心情期待下一刊，不論是過去或現在，一直都有人在關注及努力有關台灣的人權權益。

ONCE Monthly is a special publication involving in discussing Taiwan's human rights issues. Whether it is a global concern or a little-known human rights event, ONCE will choose an issue per month to make the public know more about what happened in Taiwan. Reading ONCE can not only encourage readers to understand what have happened but also reflect on the issues from the perspective of human rights. efforts into either in the past or at this very moment.
