隨著食品安全意識提升，許多消費者對食品添加物感到疑惑與不安。為了讓學童從小建立對食品添加物的認識，我們將食品添加物分為「保存性、加工性、感官性、結構性、特殊功能」，並結合貼紙與撕拉卡作為互動載體。

在培養理性判斷能力的同時，也能提升學童的參與感與學習趣味性。

Add • Food - Educational Tool Design for Food Additives As awareness of food safety grows, many consumers feel confused and uneasy about food additives. To help schoolchildren develop an understanding of food additives from an early age, we have categorized them into five types: preservation, processing, sensory, structural, and special function. By incorporating stickers and tear-off cards as interactive tools, this approach not only cultivates critical thinking skills but also increases students‘ engagement and enjoyment in learning.
