　　我們以親子手作食譜為題，用台灣常見的珍珠奶茶、檸檬愛玉、仙草凍奶等三種台式甜品，規劃設計為一系列能親子同樂的手作教材。
　　讓家長用說故事的方式，搭配童趣的食譜插畫，從介紹食材的種植一路到食材的加工、甜品的傳說小故事及科學知識，逐步說明製作，讓孩子們完整了解一道甜品的誕生過程。
　　希望藉由親子的手作食譜書，讓家長帶著孩子感受更有趣的生活體驗，邊玩邊學習的交流中，也能學習到團隊合作與創造力，進一步理解台灣古早味甜品的改變與創新。

 

TAIWANESE DESSERT CLASSES

A dish of food evokes memories. Taiwanese traditional desserts have featured in the lives of different generations, present throughout our wonderful childhood food journey. However, we hardly ever understand the origin and story of these desserts. This special project focuses on three common Taiwanese desserts; pearl milk tea, lemon aiyu jelly, and grass jelly with milk, which will be planned and designed as a type of teaching materials for both parents and children to make and have fun with.
