作品概念：本作品是一套適合小朋友透過美感體驗認識農作的一套教材。本教材共有四冊，分別有拼貼、洋蔥染、手抄紙、烹飪等四個手作體驗，隨書附贈材料包，家長可便利地進行親子同樂，一起體驗、探索與學習。
書籍封面設計以洋蔥剖面為靈感，將洋蔥一層層的造形結合手抄紙形成具有漸層美感的書本裝幀。透過本作品，讓小朋友認知過去總是被丟棄的洋蔥外皮，也能廢材再利用，創造獨特作品，體認環保的意義。

This book series is designed for children, showing the way to learn crops through aesthetic experience. 4 books of the series introduce 4 hands-on experiments - collage, dye, hand-sheet and cook. Also, the attached materials help parents guiding children on knowing onion. 
The design of book cover is inspired by onion cross section. The gradations of color in the onion hand sheets present layers of onion. After reading this series, children will recognize that the skin of onion - which we usually consider as garbage - can also be recycled to create unique artwork.
